GSCG did their homework on LAHO prior to entering into the agreement. They knew that LAHO had a few items that needed to be resolved prior to the merger being completed.
After the SEC suspension, GSCG grants LAHO a 180 day extension to get all the ducks in a row and complete the merger? Must be buddy, buddies....
They came up with the extension and the plan of going private to get their ducks in a row while getting the merger complete and did it all in a matter of a few days?
They had some big time advisory help and they must be buddy, buddies....That's a lot of patience on the part of GSCG.
