Very unfortunate that AMBS chose EMA Financial to get involved with. EMA is an unethical, toxic lender which has a history of taking advantage of companies it lends money to. It is currently being sued by VYST and nFusz in NY State
court. It has been accused of various illegal actions . Research it. Very bad move by AMBS..
