IMO, it’s a coincidence. You can relate the 30th of September to that statement in an email, but I doubt even NP even remembers sending that email. We have had a number of investor conference calls over the past 6-9 months, and most provided interesting information on the path forward, but nothing that will move the SP now. The same will happen on Monday.

One day, hopefully by the end of 2019, we’ll get a PR that the BLA has been submitted and that a binding agreement had been signed with milestones. Until then, I wouldn’t expect much from these conference calls except for informative updates.
