I hear ya, but if judges don't have time to take on all of the cases that come their way, when would they find the time to defend themselves if attempts at suing them are made (which in rare cases they can be sued). All I'm saying to everyone is Alice 101 needs to be challenged more because it is not going well...maybe it is time to revamp and poke at the ones who are making it go not so well. I mean, not just SFOR's law firm but all the other firms that have clients with real patent claims too. SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE or the result is the same!
