Yes, I'm sure many of us have the same Qs and would hope they already plan to address them. Here are a few of my thoughts:
1) secured funding until revenue
2) license agreement
3) CMC/stability delay justification
4) commercialization plan they mentioned uploading to the website (plan B with license deal....and maybe are not releasing due to $50M payment required and would create more funding doubt/concerns)
5) naive TNBC patient injection
Maybe I'm crazy, but I'm not all that concerned about mono at the moment. Until funding issues are resolved, I would prefer them to not initiate the pivotal trial....but would be good to get protocol approved and have everything ready to go.
