Left out number 7. For those of us that did receive NGIO shares they represent 20% of your GNBT holdings at the time. We have yet to see the value of those shares. Once listed and monetized they will further increase the value of your GNBT stake both by GNBT being majority share holder and by GNBT issuing the shares to you free.
