Looks like certain Investors want to exit and be able to sell the warrants as well. For that they trying to make a privat placement? If its really that, Im worrying esp. because Cool Blue Capital wants to exit, which have the preferable stocks (1stock 1000$, getting 10%Divident each year) when I remeber right. Because they just added for 1.7Mio $ in the last offering round a couple of weeks ago (where we raised 4Mio. 1.7Mio from them with series b or c shares, and rest came from Paulson).
There was one CYDY web Investors-Presentation where you could see Naders emails. You could read that people behind Cool Blue contacted NP, and wanted to invest 1Mio-1.75Mio, thats just 6 weeks ago.
All just IMO, hope for other suggestions.
