I believe the results of 70% with 525 mg they no longer use it , since this was really done mis-calculating half life of Leronlimab ..and using one week overlap .
Numbers they using now are with longer overlap , planing to do 4 weeks with pivotal mono .
And those numbers are 95% for 525 , and 92 % now for 700 mg .
( yes , post 10 weeks what we have , and what they are using )
Will be interesting to see finally FDA decision ,
IMO , they should approve combo with 81% with 350 mg many months ago , and do this fine tuning after approval .
They approved Maraviroc with 45% , and Ibalizumab with 43% .
But it is what it is ..
