The SCT is very aware in recent months of the faulty Alice decision from all sorts of briefs and articles flying around in the press. My guess is they will act on the prior pending case rather than ours or couple them together since the issues are the same and Alice is the monster that needs revisiting and the companion case is first in time to ours.
