Did Steve purposely water down?
Maybe Steve wants the dilution PPA for everyone
give the opportunity, once again very, very cheap
to come to ONCI shares.
Aim:
If the price then rises, e.g. Buy Out on .0100, then everyone has
made very, very good profits.
