Regulators are regulators unfortunately, there are some here for the trade, some here for the corporate actions that regulators are in control of like the share give back, and some here as investors because they like the model and the high promise of the acquisitions and the sciences, everyone has their sweet spot, I would say bringing down the share count was monumental in what it represents and for sure the future, and in the best interest of the shareholders, the company and future!
