IMO Univec Conglomerate will uplist as a pharmaceutical company, not a cannabis company. It's always been a pharmaceutical company....provider of specialty pharmaceuticals is the description on OTC Markets. Doc has always been a pharmacist, and we have the ex VP of one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world on our BOD, John C Peoples.
The talk about all of the products for Univec always focuses on "pharmaceutical grade". I think listing as a cannabis company would actually jeopardize the business plan that Doc has. How much easier would it be to get FDA approval on something like the patch, for a pharmaceutical company than a cannabis company?
Whatever safe banking act delays that cannabis companies have to endure, will not be a factor for Univec. IMO
