Updates on 1st Coffee House Plans:
"Just wanted to respond to all the questions about how we are progressing on the #montclair Coffee Shop. Its been a slow process, but we are close to being able to engage contractors to start knocking the place around."
"We have to finalize equipment list, then we can get the drawings finalized and engage contractors. Slow, but steady progress. Flying out next week to follow up on the LOI's offered out earlier in the month. Stay tuned. We need to build the physical & the online offerings in Oct."
