Maybe I am a simpleton also and reading it wrong. But as I read it, the warrants are exercisable at $1.88 and can't be exercisable for six months after issuance.
"The warrants have an initial exercise price of $1.88 per share, subject to customary adjustments, are exercisable from and after six months after the date of issuance and will expire five years from the date of issuance."
So, where did you see $1.25???
Unless "subject to customary adjustments" equals $1.25?
