Probably somebody in retail flipping shares, undercutting the ask. I just looked, haven't had time to look earlier today, but they are gone now. CDEL is on the bid with 5000 at .333, once that gets hit, see if they pop up back on the ask at 34c or .3399. That is only $35 profit, less after paying any fees, but some in penny land will do it.
