Very true, however I think what doc posted the other day is most likely right...Nasdaq will want to see the 10K. They need to see audited shareholder value is more than $5M, etc. And they will want it to be audited to rely on. Hopefully they are working quickly on the 10K and will release it before the end of October. Doc made reference to getting it done sooner than normal.
