ONCI issued shares in Q4 just like they did in on 5/1 at the beginning of Q3. Those were issued at 0.00015 including the 50% discount.
The maximum number of shares that are issued should be 353 mil at max to cover past due notes.
As of today, we have close to 120 mil shares sold at 0.0002. Also the ask has about 200 mil. Essentially, the note holder already have liquidity to dump all shares.
This is really good. The only bad thing about it is I can’t figure out how much investor dumping is playing a role here, as we have over 700 mil shares traded.
