What you saw IMO was four large blocks of dilution. The MM is taking his chance of being able to unload the 75 million .00019 shares at .0003 so he can book a 50% profit.
Might only be a $7500 profit for MM but he really has very little risk since there appears to still be enough buyers will to chance this stock at .0003 .
