doc and hylander, that will not happen. The dividend is a clear cut capital event and therefore the price will get reduced for the dividend distributed. The retirement of shares, was not a capital event, so it was a toss up if they would adjust and apparently they are not. This certainly is not a favorable decision for us. It would have been better for Joe to keep those shares ready to use to bargain with.
