I think the problem is that this kind of transaction is not done very often. The usual practice is share repurchases. There is no automatic pps adjustment for share repurchases because the company uses its cash to buy back shares and that reduces assets. However, the way I understand it, the 20M shares were not owned by GNBT, therefore there is no impact on the balance sheet. Therefore the pps should be adjusted.
