I don’t know about that law. Is it there to prevent people from doing risky stuff they can’t afford?
But what if it’s your once in a lifetime chance and you know perfectly well what you’re doing?
Should that law “protect” you? Prevent you from taking that “risk”?
Sometimes one has to question the law. Rules should not be obeyed simply because they are there.
Also what are the consequences if you don’t follow the rules?
