From what I have heard from others who have spoken to SB, he is basically keeping his trap shut and refraining from all the forward-looking nonsense that got us here.

I have heard from two sources that had his ear that the company is doing 'better than ever' and that it 'Isn't going anywhere' and that he will only report 'finalized, verifiable catalysts'.

IMO he knows quite well the answer here is an audit. It would be the ultimate in verification to the revenues he has reported.
