I attended a Federal Interagency Health Executive Course the last 2 weeks. The Canadian Surgeon General spoke at our conference. He said Service members are authorized to use marijuana recreationally. Unbelievable!! The US Surgeon General was also on the panel of speakers and he mentioned that youth marijuana use is a very bad public health crisis as is vaping for many reasons but mostly because of their developing bodies. Too many unknowns effecting the growth and development of our youth. He did not appear concerned about responsible adults use.
