Thats been answered several times now. Absolutely nothing is going on with TPAC. Bill is letting the ticker get suspended and revoked to avoid legal ramifications from creditors and securities officials.

TPAC is days away from going DARK forever!!!!! Will today be the lucky day the SEC finally pulls the plug?
