NP has apparently come close to the edge, they may be hoping for a BTD in a couple of weeks so they can complete the BLA and the finances are then resolved. Maybe with this offer to shareholders wanted to get something up to BTD, if it wasn't BTD then they would have to go for a more radical option. But trust is shattered, and now it needs to be resolved and the job completed a few steps before the goal, who will do it and how, NP and BOD must decide on it.
