I tend not to post much and don’t read this board very often. This current conversation is interesting.
From a pragmatic perspective, I too only see one developed and marketed product. And yes there are others in various stages of development. From a Finance perspective I think an accounting for the $40M is a good question. It has been mentioned a few times that development is only $3-4M per product so it does make you wonder. It makes you want to question even more where did the money go when no other products are for sale in the open market.
The J&J litigation will ideally resolve in early October. It seems to me to be no more than 50-50 in DECN favor. If someone has better reasoning let’s hear it.
Hope something turns the fortunes of this company quickly. Personally, it’s been a very long and unrewarding investment and one where trust has been lost.
