1: Nader relativised his 6 weeks time-frame to "in my opinion this year, but IMO doesn't mean it will come true then".
2: Funding until year-end with certain parties already lined up BEFORE SH meeting was to be secured by last Friday, didn't happen. Now Mulholland says that the current offering has to do with shareholders that expressed their interest AT and AFTER the meeting. So the first option apparently has fallen through.
