PS , just small thing , looking at my certificate now with Board of Dermatology ( hanging on my home /office room wall , where I sit daily reading about my stocks now ..
) ) ,
I took exam and passed few months before I finished my residency , but I see now that my Certificate is printed actually with a date of few months later,
So they do wait until one graduate... hmmm , I forgot already.
