It’s not that difficult. Wish they just would have done or are going to do just that.
I think the problem has been/is that they somehow expected the share price to increase because of good news and thus limit dilution.
It’s a mistake. Without institutional support the share price is going in whichever direction certain parties wants it to go.

You would have expected them to have learned from the past. They have not.
