I’ve reviewed the documents for the direct investment and made back of the envelope calculations, and, quite frankly at this price, one is better off buying the stock at $.32 or better.
Therefore, I will consider doubling my position below $.32/share on the open market. I believe others have done the same math which is why we saw support at this level.
Anyhow, back to the OR , in the middle of a 3 day / 40 hour shift...be well all.
