I think we will all know when the Nasdaq says yes...volume will increase and we will get a small move up. There is ALWAYS someone that knows before everyone else and will want in. The bigger move will come when the announcement happens and daytraders come in.
I was reading somewhere that they call a stock that moves from the OTC to the Nasdaq a JUMPER.
I like their optimism, at first! It actually is a negative piece that warns people of investing in the OTCBB to get a jumper to a major exchange. It happens very rarely, but GNBT was already on the Nasdaq and is not a one trick pony (as doc and Joe were discussing earlier).
