I think part of the problem is that he is communicating too much, and if a change in the timeline or in the things happening within the company or with interested parties occur, which are out of his control, the latter is not communicated. And even if this was communicated, it would look erratic, like: Deal in 6 weeks, yes, no, end of year in my opinion, but I don't know.... Also, I think a statement like: "But my opinion doesn't necessarily mean that it will happen (then)" is a no-go.
I agree that if no BLA and no deal by end of December, Nader should go. But then again, perhaps both BLA and deal are done by end of October already (But Nader tests our faith too much for my taste).
They did a lot of minor (strategic) mistakes over the last year: pausing GvHD, not checking on Pestell, communicating erratically, stability data..., and this is what it amounts to. Just like an aircraft usually crashes due to five or six smaller errors, CYDY has crashed due to two or three little mistakes. Anyway, we should be fine, but they can't afford any further mistakes, and this really sucks...
