IMO we don't have enough factual information to draw any credible conclusion on whether management dropped the ball in some manner. One can speculate if one chooses. Based on all i have seen and heard the RMHB management has been very prudent so i have no reason to make any inference to mismanagement. Make a case after we have the full evidence. I expect we will be impressed when we have opportunity to look back at this with clarity .
