If NP was smart he'd do a video today and share some insight on how confidence in the financing. He seems over-confident while loyal shareholders morale is at an all-time low. That level of disconnect is unhealthy for all concerned.

So, for instance, if this latest offering is to reward small, retail investors and the funds aren't *really* needed (i.e. there are other strategies or plenty of bigger investors stepping up) then come out and say as much.
