Once either happens they will be required to announce them within 72 hours (if significant to the company) so they would not be able to hold them to announce together even it they wanted to. And if either or both are significant I'm sure they'll want to get that news out there as soon as possible.

With fiscal year-end a week from today, Govt deal could come in first few days of October as I'm sure everything would be pushed to the last minute. If it happens at the end of the fiscal year that is. You never know on these things. But I think chances increase over the next week as the fiscal year ends. We will know shortly if that is the case.
