I see it as reality. What need is there to scare anyone? For "cheap" shares... while this trades a tick above .0001?
And if this statement is a half truth, isn't also yours? Berman has clearly shown that he is more than willing to issue shares for immediate conversion, so the narrative that nothing is "due for conversion," as per the last financial report, is totally meaningless and likely very unlikely from now until December.
