This was how it was presented to me from Nader, a "thanks for hanging in there" type offer. However, the fact that the funding to the end of the year situation has not been PR'd leaves us to think this raise is a desperate move. When I was talking with Nader he did rattle off non-detailed options for funding and it seemed obvious that there is a plan B, C, D for getting to the end of the year. I do not think they are tapped out for funding options.
