is what it seems to me. I don't think he's lying, I just think it's probably been a very fluid situation behind the scenes so him frequently changing tack has made the market numb to whatever he says.

Seems obvious that he's extremely passionate about what he's doing, he wears his heart on his sleeve, but the constant need to say something is killing us.
