I would settle for either Nader and the board taking part in this financing deal OR
if Nader and the board effective immediately changed his (and their) salary to 1 dollar until BLA filing and a binding license deal in place. With Nader in negotiation meetings and insider information, I'm not sure where the line is with the SEC on share purchasing. But there is nothing that says his compensation can't be more aligned with shareholders and the success of the company.
I've seen Rob McEwen do the 1 dollar salary with McEwen mining in a statement that says "I don't make money unless you shareholders make money".
