I think it is $200k income or $1 million net worth. If anyone is interested I would double check the verbiage. I do not think you need to meet both the high net worth and the income thresholds. I want to participate but cannot because I spent my funds on other items like real estate. Also, I am overexposed to the stock relative to my overall portfolio. I have too much after sopping up shares at 39 cents in the last two weeks. I over did than for sure. 40 cents plus a half warrant is better deal than 38 or 39 cents.
