I received an email today from CYDY regarding a registered direct unit offering that is open now and closes the end of next week. There was a previous offering that ended on the 19th of September. Below are the terms for the current offering:
$0.40 per Unit
Each Unit includes 1 share of Common and one-half Warrant
Warrant: 50% coverage
Exercise price: $0.45 per share
Term: 5 years
Did anyone else receive this offer? Does anyone know the minimum investment required?
I’m interested as I believe in Leronlimab, but I don’t quite understand warrants. Could someone post a simple explanation of what would happen if someone invested $10K into this offer (or a number that’s easy to explain)?
