So, if my assumptions are close (and they are my assumptions, so why would I think they won't be? LOL), after the dividend is paid, the share structure will be like this:
750 million authorized
72.7 million outstanding
677.3 million authorized but held in treasury for use as needed and approved
Of the 72.7 million outstanding, 57.6 million will be unrestricted and 15.1 will be restricted. When or how the restrictions come off the 15.1 million, I don't have a clue.
