I am trying to wrap my head around the accounting methods of the retirement of the shares. So, approximately 20 million shares are being retired which equals to approximately $50 million worth of shares. So who currently owns these shares? And who is giving up $50 million worth of stock? Are these reasonable questions or am I in a fog or something?
