He has been quiet for some time now...I would be researching quiet periods and things of that nature.
Like I said before. I have dont my research and my timeframes are completely different from yours.
People have to realize this isn’t current, this is dark for a reason. Being in such a way is a benefit for him and the company shuffle. So lots of those paperwork your talking about may have some merit but UNVC is not your typical stock/company. He does NOT have to do a lot of things because he is dark (on purpose) he do NOT have let his Shareholders know publicly. Cheaper via PRs, paperwork, TIME, there is some yes that needs done but IMO being his current situation I about imagine it’s far less that a NYSE or Nasdaq company would have to do.
