in the 10Q- it was stated(not exact, close enough): the company will be nearing profitability by the end of the fourth quarter(or year)... so... pctl has leverage in their technology.. they need money to wipe out the debt...

i, personally, would like them to partner with a company located in usa... that is just my opinion..

we shall see what happens...

i do think this as well: whatever company funds pctl to get really "rolling"-will recover their investment many times over... the technology, as we know, is very, very solid...
