First protocol we could not use any patients who
took Maraviroc in the past , and most patients at this time with resistance was put on Maraviroc . so this was already big problem ..
Doctors in 38 centers were treating hiv patients , how big they need to be if they needed 1.05 patients each , and they couldn’t do it for about 2 years,
I know enough that if this happen , protocol is a problem,
Except when one deal with very rare diseases which HIV unfortunately is not.
