Good points, I agree. As for the most recent raise, I think this is an investor who contacted the company wanting to do a direct placement. Likely after hearing the annual meeting CC, this investor decided to add to or start their investment and has always done so through Paulson direct placements. I doubt Nader went to Paulson and asked for 10 million and only got 900k.
