If Seamus owns 2 billion shares like the filings suggest....why would he enact another R/S ? The man would look to gain $20 million dollars if he just got this to a penny. I understand that he wants a higher price to regain NASDAQ status....but c'mon man... Cancel split and allow shareholders to gain back some of their huge losses from the previous 5 splits. Share buyback... and this will get to a dollar with no split. Do the right thing Captain Crush...for once. I know I'm probably blowing smoke up my own azz...and the 1/10,000 RS will be announced by months' end and the PPS will be back to .0001 in less than 6 months. Doesn't make any sense. 10 more business days...and we will have an answer. Praying for NO split or I'm finished with this penny crap for life !
