My view is there should be a PR before the meeting so whatever is announced of substantive nature at the gathering is already public knowledge..
Doesn't mean it will happen that way but that would be the orderly, business-like way of handling anything important.
It may be they don't get any new info - but that would surprise me. 25 or so people will be there hoping to learn something new.
I hope they do get a good briefing from the CEO and hope we're all privy to the same info at the same time or before. I think it'll all be done properly. Everybody knows the protocols for a public corporation.
