Gestalt2 - I agree with you that what happened here with HIV is 100% on FDA.
They delayed us close to 2 years now...
Between the protocol and now different doses to be accepted , 81% was perfect , rest could be done after approval...
I just don't know if it is because they were in shock with results and no serious side effects , or they might have some different reasons ...
But what they doing here with HIV ( not other diseases ) is borderline suspicious to me , and IMO.
And as always , everything is IMO....
